HLDB Metal-polymer self-lubricating bearings consist of low carbon steel and sintered bronze in the middle with PTFE compounded on the surface. It is lighter and has better mechanical and load performance. Low carbon steel gives exceptionally high load carrying capacity. Sintered bronze powder connect plastics and assisting friction reduction. PTFE layer plays the role of wear resistance to protect the mating metal surface. It has good capacity for low coefficient of friction, low wear rate, lower-noise and good sliding characteristics. It is suitable for dry running and performs well in general industrial area.
HLDB Metal-polymer marginal-lubricating bearings consist of low carbon steel and sintered bronze in the middle with POM compounded on the surface. Low-carbon steel provides exceptionally high load carrying capacity and excellent heat dissipation. Sintered bronze powder provides good thermal conductivity away from the bushing surface , also serves a reservoir for the resin mixture. POM has a high wear resistance and low friction with a pattern of circular indents which should be filled with grease when assembling the bearing. HLDB-20 series sliding bearings is suitable for rotating and oscillation movement, less maintenance requirements due to the long re-lubrication intervals by its good abrasive resistance and low friction factor.
HLDB-090/092 bronze wrapped bushings are wrapped from a cold formed bronze sheet (CuSn8P). The standard size are fitted with diamond or hemispherical oil shaped lubrication indents in bearing surface. It also can be designed with oil grooves according to different applications. HLDB-092 series standard size is incorporated with holes, which are dispersed in a special way over the whole bearing. During the operation, the grease & oil will be released from the indentations or oil holes to build up a lubrication film at the start movement and thereafter reduce the running friction. It has a good performance on high load capacity, high level thermal conductivity, chemical resistance and easy for fitting and lubricating. HLDB-090/092 sliding bearing is widely applied in agriculture machinery, automobiles, tractors, trucks, engineering machinery and construction machinery and so on.
HLDB-800 bimetallic wrapped bearings are formed from steel shell backed with a lead or lead-free bronze lining material. The alloy lined surface can be machined with oil grooves, holes, diamond or hemispherical oil shaped lubrication indents which apply the bushing to run in application in lack of oil or grease lubrication. HLDB bimetal composite bearing is widely used in automotive applications such as compressors, steering gear, power steering, pedal bearings, king-pin bushes, tailgate pivots, mechanical handling and lifting equipment, hydraulic motors, agricultural machinery etc.
HLDB cast bronze bearing with graphite is made of strong cast bronze with special solid lubricants embeded. The base metal withstands high load and the solid lubricants provide self-lubrication. The bearing shows excellent performance without pre-lubrication under conditions of extreme high or low temperature with low speed. This material provides a maintenance-free bearing solution, which can be applied under dry, high temperature, high pressure, corrosive, water or other chemical environments. It is widely used in plastic industries, water engineering, dam gate, mineral machines, ships, hydraulic turbines, etc. Also applied into construction machinery.
